I’ve always loved food and everything associated. Not only eating food, but reading foodie blogs and baking, too.
I usually write a blurb about whatever I make (or something I eat, if it’s particularly life-changing), but up until now I’ve kept the notes and bits to myself.
About the name: When I bake, I focus more on the flavor and texture rather than the appearance. Besides valuing the interior and the other deep analytic musings behind that, I am usually impatient by the time the baked good emerges from the oven. In addition, I am not the most artistic or creative with decorations. My creations tend to be more tasty than beautiful, hence my title.
