This sleepytime tea latte is perfectly cozy and tasty on its own, but a few palmiers (or French butterfly cookies) don't hurt. #chamomile #peppermint #tea #tealatte #soymilk

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • ¾ cup steamed milk

Instructions

  1. Place the tea bags in a mug with the hot water. Let steep for 20 minutes before squeezing the liquid out of the tea bags back into the mug. Add the milk and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

I like using vanilla soy milk for this; it adds a touch of sweetness and you don’t have to add any sugar/honey/etc after.

If you’re into frothed milk, then you can use a milk frother. You can also whisk the milk after you heat it up to give it some bubbles.
