Rose Coffee

This rose latte features a shot of espresso flavored with cardamom and rosewater, mellowed out with a bit of milk!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon rosewater
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • ice
  • 1 cup milk of your choice cold

Instructions

  1. Pull a shot of espresso (or use a Moka pot) with the coffee and water. While the espresso is still hot, mix in the sugar, rosewater, cardamom and salt until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Fill a cup half full with ice. Pour the espresso on top, then add the milk. Give a good stir before serving!
