Lychee Smoothie

This lychee smoothie is cold, refreshing and full of lychee flavor!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup canned lychees drained
  • ½ cup milk cold
  • ¼ cup lychee syrup from the can
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Freeze the canned lychees for 1-2 hours, or until mostly frozen.
  2. Add everything to a blender and process until your desired texture is reached. You can add more lychees or milk/syrup/water to adjust the consistency as needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately!

Recipe Notes

If you don’t have time to freeze the lychees, you can add in a handful of ice.

If you want to give the smoothie a hint of pink, you can blend a few red berries into the drink or add a drop of food coloring.
