Vegetable Recipes

I've lived in California my whole life, and have been spoiled by all the produce here. There's everything from sauteed greens done in less than 15 minutes, all the way to showstoppers that can upstage main dishes. My favorites are the whole roasted cauliflower (especially if it's a special occasion) and marinated bean sprouts.
