French Recipes

Let me preface this section by saying that these recipes are French inspired, rather than traditionally French. Some of these dishes take French techniques and add other flavors (ie the apple and pumpkin galette), while others take French flavors and make them into something new (ie the French onion yogurt dip). I'd recommend the bostock and croque-monsieurs to start with.
