Kimchi Recipes
I used to eat plain kimchi as a snack in high school, so it's no surprise that there's a kimchi category on this blog. If you're not familiar with kimchi, it's spicy preserved Korean vegetables. You can find kimchi for all sorts of vegetables (radish, cabbage, cucumber, perilla, turnips, etc), but these recipes all use kimchi made with cabbage. I normally try to highlight a few recipes to start with, but these are all so good that you'll have to try them all!
